What each fact on a profile means, and what it does not.

    Halal scope

    Whole menu, halal meat only, named dishes, reported, or pending — as stated by the source. A halal-meat claim does not mean the whole premises is halal.

    Alcohol and pork

    Present, absent or unknown. Unknown means no source we read says either way — it is never the same as absent.

  3. 03

    Before you visit

    Every claim links to its source and check date. Practices and branches change, so confirm directly if something matters to you. A directory or operator statement is not an independent certificate.

Research limits

Sources checked:

  • 30 distinct source-backed profiles. No personal visits, certification-register cross-check or editorial approval is asserted.
  • Two directory outlets found during research (Momolato Haji Lane and Penny University Jalan Klapa) were marked permanently closed and are not listed.
  • The official MUIS register was opened but returned no branch results, so operator statements remain operator claims.
  • Unspecified cuisines, dietary facts, prices and hours need confirmation with the operator.
  • Arabic and Malay text still awaits native-speaker review.
